개인정보 처리방침

이 개인정보 처리방침은 모바일 기기용 AchieveIt 애플리케이션(이하 "애플리케이션")에 적용되며, Unyong Choi(이하 "서비스 제공자")가 무료 서비스로 제공합니다. 본 서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다.

정보 수집 및 이용

애플리케이션은 사용자가 다운로드하고 사용할 때 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 수집될 수 있는 정보는 다음과 같습니다.

사용자의 기기 인터넷 프로토콜 주소(IP 주소)
애플리케이션 내에서 방문한 페이지, 방문 시간 및 날짜, 해당 페이지에서 머문 시간
애플리케이션에서 머문 총 시간
사용자의 모바일 기기 운영 체제

애플리케이션은 사용자의 모바일 기기의 정확한 위치 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

서비스 제공자는 사용자가 제공한 정보를 바탕으로 필요 시 중요한 공지 사항, 필수 알림 및 마케팅 프로모션을 제공하기 위해 연락을 취할 수 있습니다.

더 나은 사용자 경험을 위해 서비스 제공자는 특정 개인 식별 정보를 제공하도록 요청할 수 있으며, 제공된 정보는 본 개인정보 처리방침에 명시된 바에 따라 보관 및 사용됩니다.

제3자 접근 권한

서비스 제공자는 애플리케이션 및 서비스 개선을 위해 주기적으로 집계된 익명 데이터를 외부 서비스에 전송할 수 있습니다. 사용자의 정보는 본 개인정보 처리방침에 명시된 방식으로 제3자와 공유될 수 있습니다.

Google Play 서비스

서비스 제공자는 다음과 같은 경우 사용자가 제공한 정보 및 자동 수집된 정보를 공개할 수 있습니다.

법적으로 요구되는 경우(예: 소환장 또는 유사한 법적 절차 준수)
서비스 제공자가 선의로 해당 정보 공개가 필요하다고 판단하는 경우(권리 보호, 사용자 또는 타인의 안전 보호, 사기 조사, 정부 요청 대응 등)

아동 보호

서비스 제공자는 만 13세 미만 아동으로부터 데이터를 고의로 수집하거나 마케팅하지 않습니다.

애플리케이션은 만 13세 미만의 사용자를 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 13세 미만의 아동으로부터 개인 정보를 수집한 사실을 인지하는 즉시 해당 정보를 서버에서 삭제합니다. 부모 또는 보호자가 자녀가 개인 정보를 제공한 사실을 알게 되었다면, 즉시 zoo9.official.ceo@gmail.com으로 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.

보안

서비스 제공자는 사용자의 정보를 안전하게 보호하기 위해 물리적, 전자적, 절차적 보안 조치를 시행하고 있습니다.

This privacy policy applies to the AchieveIt app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Unyong Choi (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
The time spent on the Application
The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Google Play Services

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at zoo9.official.ceo@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (zoo9.official.ceo@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.

[Sloth] 할 일들을 한 곳에 모아두자.

개인적으로 프로젝트 관리를 하면서, 개인 삶에 대한 관리를 하는데 하다보니 하나 느낀 것이 있다. 어느 사이 나는 이곳 저곳에 각각의 일들이 등록되어 있다는 것이다. 그래서 어느 날은 프로젝트 관리 툴에 내 개인 삶에 관련된 내용들을 등록해서 관리를 했다. 그런데, 그 툴 자체가 가진 한계로 인해서 통합적인 뷰 및 우선 순위 조정은 힘들었다. 즉, 내가 개인적으로 목표로 삼고 있는 목표 달성 과제, 가족 일원으로서 챙겨가야 할 가정사 그리고 회사에서 진행하는 다수 프로젝트들을 각기 따로 관리를 하다 보니, 정말 정신이 없어지는 것은 기본이고, 각각의 일들을 하나의 관점에서 작업 순서를 정리하기 힘들어졌다. 그래서 내가 일하는 방법에 대해서 컨설팅하는 첫번째는 당신이 해야 할 모든 일을 한 군데에 모두 적으라는 것이 되었다. 어떤 것은 공책에 어떤 것은 특정 서비스에 어떤 것은 노트앱에 적어두는 것이 아니라 모두 한 곳에 모으는 것이 첫번째 해보라고 한다. 참고로 이를 지원한 시스템을 직접 만들어갈 생각인데, 아직 이게 나오기 전에 쓰고 있는 것이 바로 구글 캘린더이다. 구글 캘린더가 확장성이 좋아서, 한 곳에 모든 것을 모아 정리하기에 부족함은 없을 것이다. (아~ 나는 이미 있는 바퀴를 또 만들려는 것은 아닌가라는 현타가 오는 ㅋㅋㅋ) 여튼 어떤 도구를 쓰던 한 곳에서 당신이 해야할 일 모두를 확인할 수 있는 공간을 만들도록 하세요. 이게 시작점입니다. 바로 해보세요. 어떻게든 한 곳에 모두 적어보세요. 참고로, 저는 비효율적이라 보이겠지만, 별도 프로젝트에 해야할 일들을 등록하기도 하고, 저만의 유일한 공간에 이들을 별도로 다시 등록합니다. ㅠㅠ (그래서 제가 직접 저만을 위한 시스템을 만들려구요 ㅎㅎ)
